1. All Sales Are Final (Unless Otherwise Stated)
Due to the nature of our inventory — including used equipment, agricultural machinery, engines, attachments, and spare parts — all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to purchase.
We strongly encourage customers to:
- Ask questions before purchasing
- Request additional photos or videos
- Confirm specifications, compatibility, and condition
Once an order is confirmed, it is considered a binding sale.
2. Used Equipment & Machinery
Most tractors, lawn equipment, engines, and machinery we sell are used or pre-owned.
- All used equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS
- No warranties are implied unless explicitly stated in writing
- Normal wear consistent with age and hours is expected
Descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and experience. Minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns.
3. New Items & Take-Off Parts
For new, unused items or new take-off engines/parts, the following applies:
- Items must be returned unused and uninstalled
- Must be in original condition
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply
Custom orders or special-order items are non-returnable.
4. Engines & Mechanical Components
Due to the sensitive nature of engines and mechanical components:
- Once installed, engines are not eligible for return
- Engines are tested prior to sale unless stated otherwise
- Any startup or warranty terms (if applicable) are stated on the product listing
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification is not covered.
5. Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged during shipping:
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Photos of the damage and packaging are required
- Do not operate or install damaged equipment
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Shipping damage claims do not guarantee a refund and are handled case by case.
6. Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Orders canceled after confirmation may forfeit any deposit paid
- Shipping arrangements already made cannot be reversed without cost
7. Financing & Third-Party Services

Refunds related to financed purchases are subject to the terms of the financing provider. Any fees charged by third-party services are non-refundable.
